My daughter Violetta is my firstborn child.

As a certified voice actor she lends her voice to stories, audiobooks and advertising. With her work around breath and breathwork she supports people on their way to greater body awareness and inner connection.

Together we create the podcast «Mother – Daughter Uncensored». Two women, two generations, different perspectives and the joy of talking about life openly, honestly and sometimes uncomfortably.

My son Leandro reaches people worldwide with LeoMoves and inspires more than 3.3 million followers on Instagram. He has developed his own movement method and training app.

Together we led holiday seminars in Andalusia, combining his movement training with my mental and spiritual work.

With the «Parents Power» programme, which he recorded with us parents, we inspire people of all ages worldwide to stay mobile, strong and vital.
